- You need to prepare 1 stick of margarine OR butter, melted.
- You need to prepare of Sprinkle cinnamon powder.
- Prepare of Butter cooking spray.
Lemon Blueberry Crumble step by step
- In a bowl mix your freshly rinsed blueberries with the zested lemon, lemon juice, white sugar and vanilla extract.....When you zest your lemon make sure you stop at the white of the lemon, DO NOT ZEST THE WHITE PART OF YOUR LEMON, you only want the yellow part (thatβs where all the good flavor is at !!!).......
- Mix all very well and set to the side......
- Next spray a 9X13 inch glass baking pan with butter cooking spray.......
- Take your lemon π cake mix and pour dry cake mix into your greased baking pan, making sure dry cake mix is evenly spread out......
- Next drizzle your melted margarine OR butter over all.......If it looks a bit too dry melt more butter or margarine and add on top.......
