  5. You need to prepare of zest of a lemon.

Sweet Stuffed Strawberries instructions

  1. Cut the tops off the strawberries so they have a flat surface to sit on, then cut almost all the way in half in quarters, but don't cut completely through. Giving them a "tulip" type look.
  2. In a bowl, beat with a mixer the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. In a piping bag, or ziplock bag, cut a small hole in the corner after stuffing the cream cheese mixture inside.
  4. Pipe into each strawberry. Top with lemon zest.
