- Prepare 1 1/2 tbls of garlic paste.

- You need to prepare of Zest of 1 lime.
- Prepare 1 tbls of dijon mustard.

- Prepare 2 tbls of grated Parmesan.
- You need to prepare 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro.
- Prepare 2 tbls of vegetable oil.
Cilantro meatballs step by step
- In a large bowl mix in all the ingredients except the egg, onion and oil. Allow to rest for atleast 30 minutes for the flavours to blend together.
- Now, mix in the grated onion and egg to the mince mixture and form meatballs.
- In an oven proof dish arrange the meatballs ready to grill.
- Lightly brush the meatballs with the vegetable oil and grill in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (Celsius) for 15 minutes, then flip and grill for another 15 minutes..
