  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of rooh afza.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of water.

Khubani ka meetha directions

  1. Soak the apricots over night or atleast 5 hours in water..
  2. Remove the seed from apricot and keep it separate. You can also remove badam from the seed and use it in the dessert before serving..
  3. In a heavy bottom pan add water and bring to boil. Add the soaked apricots and cook untill water is 3/4th reduced. Then add the sugar and let the mixture comes jammy. Use potato masher or spoon to mash the apricots..
  4. Once we get jammy texture the dessert is ready. After removing from heat add rooh afza and give a mix. Serve it chilled for better taste..
