Cube and boil raw jackfruit in little salted water.Discard water.Boil 1 potato and mash it with the jackfruit.Also add freshly ground bread slices.Add turmeric,red chilli powder,meat masala, garam masala, chopped coconut,gramflour (besan),salt and sugar to taste,ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies and mash all.Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry chopped onion.Then add the mashed lump and toss till dry and well fried.Sprinkle raisins and chopped coriander and toss..
