- Let it boil and then add fried raw jackfruits. Then add fresh cream. Then add corriandar leaves and kismis and switch off the flame. Serve with roti or rice.
I loved it the very first time when she made curry with it. I don't know any recipes with raw jackfruit other than this, but love it a lot. The texture is so different and I love it.
