  10. You need to prepare 1 tsp of Red mirchi powder.
  11. You need to prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  12. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of Kitchen king masala or garam masala.
  13. You need to prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seed.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander leaves chopped.

Jackfruit curry(kathal) directions

  1. Chopped the kathal and potato in thick size.
  2. Heat the oil add 2 tbsp oil then add kathal then shallow fry the kathal until the light golden brown colour.
  3. After that chopped onion,tomato and peel the garlic and ginger.
  4. Fry the tomato, onion and ginger and garlic in kadai for 2-3 min in medium flame.
  5. Then grind it in mixer and make paste of it.
  6. In same pan add oil then add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed.
  7. After that add paste.
  8. Then saute for 1 min then add red chilli powder, turmeric and kitchen king masala.
  9. Then saute for another 2-3 min then add fried kathal and salt to taste.
  10. Then add 2 cup water cook for 5-6 min.
  11. Gravy thickness depends upon you how much you want thick gravy.
  12. Then khathal gravy is ready to serve.
  13. You can garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  14. Enjoy with chapati and plain rice.
  15. It's taste like chicken gravy.
