  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds.
  6. Prepare pinch of asafoetida.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic paste.
  8. Prepare 1-2 tbsp. of raw mango paste.
  9. You need to prepare 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp. of roasted coriander-cumin powder.
  11. You need to prepare 1 tsp. of red chili flakes.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp. of red chili powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp. of kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves), crushed.
  14. You need to prepare 2 of boiled eggs, sliced.
  15. You need to prepare of oil to shallow fry.

  1. Boil the potato and raw jackfruit..
  2. Mash them well..
  3. Heat oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Saute for a few seconds.Then add the asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste and raw mango paste. Saute till dry..
  4. Add the turmeric powder, salt and coriander-cumin powder. Saute for a few seconds..
  5. Add the chili flakes,.

  7. Mix everything well and keep frying on a medium flame. When almost done, add the red chili powder and mix well..
