  1. First wash mangoes. Peeloff & cut into peices..
  2. Grind mango peices in mixei. Make fine puree..
  3. Heat a nonstickpan. Add mango puree. Cook on medium flam. Add sugar.Slowly stire till becomes tranparent & thick. Add Lemon juice mix well.Consistency like jam.Not overcook..
  4. Cool it. Pour into a airtight jar & bowl. Spread jam on bread & serve it..
  5. Ready tasty mango jam..
