Plum Cake instructions
- Soak all the dry fruits in orange juice for minimum 2 to 3 hours or if you have time soak overnight in fridge..
- For sugar syrup melt granulated sugar until golden colour and then add hot water and mix vigorously to make syrup..
- Keep aside and let it cool..
- Now in a bowl take all wet ingredients except vinegar and beat until sugar dissolves..
