  1. At first in a mixing bowl add 1/2cup jeggery,1/4cup milk, mixed well.Then add 1/2cup refined oil mixed it. Now add 1.5 cup wheat flour,1tsp baking powder,1/2tsp baking powder..
  2. Mixed it well. Then add milk and make a fine batter. Then add few drops of vanilla essence and 1tsp lemon juice..
  3. Now add chopped date palm mixed it. Take a cake tin grease with oil,pour the batter. Decorated with sesame seeds and chopped date palm. Now bake for 40-50mints in low medium flame..
  4. Turn off the flame. Let it be cooled for few mints.now the healthy and tasty cake is ready to serve..
