  1. slice the onions nice and thin.fry in a wok or deep frying pan in oil until golden if using leftovers add now if not remove onions and set aside..

  3. fry chops in leftover oil until browned.now add onions and chilly fry for a couple of minutes together. .add tin of tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes now add mint sauce give it a good stir add water bring to boil turn heat down add pepper give it a good stir and simmer until meat is done (one and a half to two and half hours).
  4. once finished serve with basmati rice. .you can add potatoes if you like add when adding water..
