1. Wash and cut the strawberries in half,then in a pan add strawberries,honey,vinegar stir it,cook for about 10 minutes in low medium heat when the strawberries turn dark red in colour,now mash the strawberries with the back of the spatula,once done keep it aside to cool down completely,then strain the liquid through the fine mesh strainer,keep it aside.
2. Then in a pan put some cherry tomatoes,honey simmer it for about 7 minutes until it becomes soft once done keep it aside to cool down completely.
3. Then through a fine mash strainer strain the liquid, now assemble everything together first take a glass first add the strawberry liquid then cherry tomatoes liquid then some lemon pieces then some ice cubes stir it to mix everything together then add ice cold water and mint, garnish it with strawberries,cherry tomatoes and lemon served chilled...
