  6. Wash rice and add to the sufuria. Stir, Cover and let simmer till rice is cooked and all water absorbed.
  7. For the salad, slice onions and wash in salty water. Drain.
  8. Thinly slice tomatoes and add to the onions.
  9. Wash and peel mango. Cut into julienne. Add to onions. Add a pinch salt and pepper. Toss well.
