  4. You need to prepare 1 cm of fresh ginger.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
  6. Prepare 50 g of sultanas.
  7. You need to prepare 2 slices of white bread.
  8. You need to prepare 150 ml of milk.
  9. Prepare 4 of eggs.
  10. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of curry paste.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric.
  12. Prepare 200 ml of beef stock.

  7. Bake in the oven for about half an hour until the top is golden and set. Serve with rice or cous cous..
