- Prepare 1 cup of desiccated shredded coconut.
- You need to prepare 1/2-3/4 of th cup organic jaggery powdered.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of warm milk.
- You need to prepare To taste of Dried raisins.
- Prepare To taste of Mixed sliced dryfruit.
Rava coconut burfi directions
- Heat ghee in a pan. Once hot cook rava in it until it changes little color (aprx 2-3 mins) Add raisins and cook for another 2 minutes.
- At medium flame or heat Add coconut and cook until it is golden (3-4mins) Now lower temperature to add jaggery and cook until jaggery dissolves. Add warm milk and start working fast as milk will bind the ingredients.
- Stop the heat and take out the contents in a moulding plate. Cut it in desired square or diamond shape. Sprinkle sliced dryfruits. Let it cool to set..
