  5. Now add tamarind water and salt. Cover and cook in medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until oil separates from the gravy. Stir occasionally..
  6. Now add jaggery and cook for another 2 minutes. Add ghee and adjust the salt..
  7. Switch off the flame and serve hot with rice, papad...
