  3. Prepare 4 tbsp of Sugar.
  4. You need to prepare 3 tbsp of Cornflour.

Strawberry Candy instructions

  1. First take 6-7 strawberries and chop them..
  2. Now put 1/4 cup of water in a sauce pan and to that add chopped strawberries..
  3. Let the mixture come to boil and let strawberries color infuse to water..
  4. At that stage add this mixture to mixer grinder jar and grind it until it is paste..
  5. Now again put that saucepan and then add the strawberry puree to it..
  6. Now add 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp of cornflour and mix everything well.Then only turn on the flame..
  7. Cook the mixture for 10-15 mins until it thickens.
  8. Remove it in a jar..
  9. Now take an greased silicon moulde and pour the mixture into all of them. If you don't have a silicon mould then you can also freeze it in a casserole dish..
  10. Now freeze the candies for 3-4 hours or until set. Demould candies after 3-4 hours..
  11. Tasty,little tangy and sweet candies are ready......
