  1. You need to prepare 2 cups of black grapes.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Grapes jam directions

  1. Wash grapes nicely with water.
  2. Remove seeds. In my grapes there are no seeds so I did not remove.
  3. Add grapes in a saucepan and add sugar as well.
  4. Sugar release it's water and grapes also released it's juices. Cook them on low flame till grapes become soft..
  5. You can blend mixture or just meshed from back of spoon if you want to make chunky consistency..
  6. Cook till better does not change it's shape when you pour on a plate..
  7. Let it cool and pour into glass jar to preserve. And keep in refrigerator.
