  2. Prepare 100 of self raising flour.
  3. You need to prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.
  4. Prepare Pinch of salt.
  5. You need to prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
  6. You need to prepare 3 tbsp of cold butter cut in cubes.
  7. Prepare 3/4 cup of butter milk.
  8. You need to prepare 2 cups of grapes halved.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of corn flour.
  10. You need to prepare of Sugar as per taste.
  11. Prepare Dash of red wine.

Grapes step by step

  1. In a bowl mix grapes, corn flour sugar and wine and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius, add all dry ingredients, butter, with hands crumble butter with flour mixture until coarse, now add butter milk and stir to form a dough.
  3. Flatten dough and cut to pieces, place pieces on grape mix and bake for 25 minutes, cool and serve with cream.
