- Cut grapes into 2 halves..
- Heat ghee in a pan,add cumin, mustard seeds once they crackles add hing and onion paste,stir for few minutes,add ginger + garlic paste,stir until it changes light pink in colour..
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder, stir well,add tomato puree and saute for a min.add coriander cumin powder,salt and kasuri methi, stir for a min.add mawa stir well add malai and stir continuously until masala leaves the sides of the pan..
- Add grapes,saute well, and cook covered for 2 -3 mins.on medium heat..
- Add little water and cook for another min.add garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.Mix well and switch off the heat..
- Shahi grapes curry is ready to serve.garnish with cream, serve hot with roti or plain paranthas, it tastes delicious,must try this quick and easy to make recipe..
