  6. Heat ghee in a nonstick tawa and add sliced green grapes. Roast it until it starts to get browned..
  7. Mix the ghee roasted green grapes together with the basmati rice mixture..
  8. Garnish it with roasted almond shavings and serve it hot or chilled..
